Description of Service

We provide tools for creating short AI-generated video concepts from prompts, images, and other permitted references. Available models, generation limits, and output quality may change as the service evolves.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

The Hailuo03 interface, branding, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. Your ability to use generated outputs depends on applicable law, your plan, the rights in your inputs, and the relevant model-provider terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
